C26K OctHow to Register : please e-mail us at c25k@pjc.org.uk with Subject title PJC – C25K.

What standard do I need to be? Any, some of our previous graduates couldn’t run for even a full minute when they started.

I can already run 5K or more: then you will probably find one of our regular groups more suitable, contact secretary@pjc.org.uk for more information.

Where do You Meet : We meet at Lakeside 1000 main reception, at 6.45 for a 7.00 pm start. Click here for directions and car parking details.
