NEW 5-10k (9-week programme)

Starting on Tuesday 6th July for 9 weeks, there will be a structured programme to take you from 5k runners to being able to complete a 10k run. This is open to all club members and is being piloted at the request of members who have completed the C25K programme and would benefit from the structure of a 5-10k programme to enable them to determine which is the best group for them to join.

The group will be led by a qualified coach in running fitness supported by Leaders in running fitness and experienced club members. The club committee will review the effectiveness of this programme at the October committee meeting and determine whether to continue the programme beyond the pilot period.
